I used to work with Dupont at the Hsinchu site. I have since left Dupont and formed my own company. I have a client that is interested in coating in Asia. Their requirements are below. This is not an electronics application:

700 mm to 1.5 m coating width
50 µm PET carrier web
10 to 15 coating layers
low solids (<2%) formulations
flammable solvents (toluene, xylene, ethanol)
inorganic fillers in organic dispersant
submicron final dry thickness
currently multi-pass process with multi-layer coating in consideration

Is your company able to provide coating services for a product like this?

If not, do you know of coating companies that can?

Even if you cannot do this, please share your coating tolling rates for an 8-hr shift (for future reference).
